Victor Ramanan is a Sri Lankan born British National residing in London. Being educated in Sri Lanka and the UK, Victor is a B.Sc.Graduate and holds a Diploma in Software Engineering, Business Admin & Sales Techniques (UK). He is a versatile marketer and administrator with more than 30 years of hands-on experience working in many countries including the United Kingdom, Kuwait, Dubai, Bahrain, Germany, France, USA, and Sri Lanka. He has worked in areas such as IT, HR, Marketing and Business Development of which more than 17 years has been in the fields of Oil, Gas, Logistics and the Real Estate sectors.

Mrs. Shamila Arunodani Wickramasinghe

Director (Non-Executive/ Independent)

Mrs. Arunodani Wickramasinghe holds a B. Sc. Accountancy (Special) Degree 2nd Class Upper Division from University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. She is also a holder of a Fellow Member of Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka.

She has gained working experience from BDO Burah Hathy, Chartered Accountants, during the period 2003 to 2007 and worked as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Sinhaputhra Finance PLC, Kandy from 2020 to 2022. Currently Mrs. Wickramasinghe serves as a Director of Samson Rubber Products (Pvt) Ltd which is a Manufacturing and Export Oriented Organization, where she joined as an Accountant in 2007 and promoted as Finance Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager and presently working as an Executive Director. She possesses post qualified Managerial Experience of 16 years relating to Finance and Sales.

Mr. Maheen Priyantha

Mr. Maheen Priyantha was appointed to the Board of Lanka Credit and Business Finance Limited in May 2018. With 25 years of working experience in the marketing field, he is currently serving as the Managing Director and Chairman of Maweli Credit and Investment (Pvt) Ltd. In addition to that, he is also serving as a Director in the Board of Directors of Singhe Capital Investment Limited.

Mr. Maheen holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) Sri Lanka.

Mrs. Deepani Bandara

Mrs. Deepani Bandara possesses over 23 years professional experience as a practicing Attorney-at –law, specializing in commercial and financial services industry.

She has obtained the Bachelor of Law degree in September 1997 and admitted to the

Bar as an attorney –at – law in December 1999. She practices as notary public in both Sinhala and English Language and works as a Registered Company Secretory since August 2005.

Her professional career started in year 1999 as a practicing lawyer at Kandy Bar. She started her corporate career as Manager Legal & HR at Indra Traders (Pvt) Ltd. She has worked at Sinhaputhra Finance PLC as Assistant General Manager – Legal and currently serving as a Panel lawyer at CBC Finance PLC- Kandy. Also, practicing at Freelance lawyer at Kandy Bar.

Mr. Udaya Seneviratne

Udaya Seneviratne is a distinguished public administrator with a remarkable career spanning over 37 years. His expertise extends across various domains, including public service, business management, finance, and the cooperative sector. He has held pivotal roles in government and corporate organizations, contributing significantly to national development and governance. As the former Secretary to the President of Sri Lanka, he played a key role in shaping policy and driving strategic initiatives at the highest levels of governance.

Mrs. Luckshmi Jayawickrema

Mrs. Jayawickrama holds 37 years of legal expertise; she is a veteran attorney known for her dedication to justice and integrity. As a life member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka and an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, she holds a distinguished academic background, Master of Laws (LL.M) specializing in Human Rights, Criminal Justice and Administrative Law from the University of Colombo. Currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy/Doctor of Philosophy (MPhil/PhD) at the University of Colombo, she has worked as an Attorney-at-Law in the District Court of Colombo and as an Assistant Director General at Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery and Corruption, Deputy Director General and Director General for the Prevention of Bribery and Corruption. She has also served as the Additional Secretary (Legal) to His Excellency the President and served as the Additional Secretary (Legal) to the Ministry of Justice.

Mr. Mayura Gunawansha

Having successfully completed his school career at the Dharmaraja College of Kandy, in 1982 he was selected to the Faculty of Law of the University of Colombo and in 1986 he passed out as a LL.B. Graduate and joined the Law College of Sri Lanka. Thereafter having completed his studies at the Law College he was enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law in 1988 and practiced as a Junior Counsel in the Chamber of Mr. Ranjan Suwandaratna, President's Counsel. In 1993 he commenced his independent practice as a Civil Law Counsel and in May 2019 was appointed as a President's Counsel since then to date, he serves as an active practitioner in the field of Civil Law, appearing in the Trial Courts, Appellate Courts and the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. Presently serves as a visiting lecturer of Sri Lanka Law College.Since December 2019 to February 2024 served as a non-executive director of Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd.
